Cancellation Policy

To ensure our team is compensated for their time, a card will be required in order to book any appointment. in the event of a no show or a cancellation/reschedule outside of the 24 hour window, your card will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services. If you’re ever unhappy with your results, we encourage you to reach out within 7 days so we can make it right. Our goal is always to work with you and ensure you leave feeling confident and cared for!
